Ludlow 1800s Indigo Coverlet Crop with 3 shell button closure. Lined with 100% deadstock linen. Two chest pockets.

Made from a traditional American coverlet from the early to mid 18th Century. Comprised with geometric and floral motifs most likely woven by an expert weaver. Originally woven as a bed topper and turned into a one-of-a-kind coat.

Incredible condition based on age. Natural edges kept to add character.
